I purchased the M-edge GO! cover for my new Kindle 2, and I wasn’t disappointed.
I chose this cover over the official Kindle cover because this jacket incorporates the Kindle 2 hinge system and offers corner anchors that hold the Kindle in place within the cover. This cover is supple and secure.
Immediately, I folded the front cover back to read with one hand and was welcomed with a flexible and comfortable book cover. No breaking in necessary. The inside cover is a lovely soft grey suede which is soft in the hand and gentle on the device.
I chose the GO! cover over the M-edge Prodigy hinge jacket because of the extra depth incorporated into the Prodigy jacket. I wanted to be able to fold the cover back and not be aware of the Kindle within a book cover. If the goal of the Kindle, as a device, is to disappear within the reader’s hand, then I didn’t want a cover that called attention to itself and distracted me from the reading. I am satisfied enough with the GO! Kindle 2 jacket, however, that I may purchase a Prodigy jacket for travel.
My only wish for the GO! Kindle 2 jacket is that it incorporated inside pockets as the Prodigy jacket does.

Man, this thing is awesome. Not only is the Kindle snug and secure, it actually feels like reading a book. You just use your thumb to advance through the pages. The leather cover is quality construction and the Kindle appears tailor made to fit. I love this cover! Brilliant!

I have just received my very first Kindle(2) and knew from the moment I ordered it I wanted a substantial cover. After reading many customer reviews about the M-Edge Go and the Amazon cover, the choice was clear. I chose the M-Edge Go in the mocha color. This is a high quality product and I would not hesitate to recommend it to all Kindle(2) owners. Next month I am ordering my husband his very own Kindle(2) and the M-Edge Go in black. I thought we could share but that’s not going to happen. As stated by previous reviews, the latching system holds the Kindle securely and the soft gray suede is comfortable to the touch. I wouldn’t own any other one.

I spent a lot of time looking at many of the covers for the Kindle. I was leaning toward a little higher priced one as it had good reviews and you pretty much get what you pay for.
In the end I went with this one figuring it is a good starter cover until I can go look at some in person. No need for that now. This cover is excellent! It is like carrying around my favorite leather bound book around. The inside is nice and soft to protect the Kindle. It fits in the mechanism like a glove and the corner straps are just right – not pulling on it or too loose.
Perfect! I would buy it again.

This is the cover that should come with the Kindle. Solves all of my mobile reading problems. The side loops are not a distraction at all, and act as a bit of a buffer between the cover flap and the screen. Fold the cover all the way around and give the kindle some much needed beef to recreate the feeling of an actual book. No more tired thumbs holding the often too skinny Kindle.

I had originally purchased the black Amazon cover for my Kindle2. After using it for a week, I realized that cover can indeed make or break a book. In this case it would break.
Initially I was reluctant to purchase the M-Edge because of limited reviews. However, I took the plunge and bought M-Edge Go. Since then, I have not regretted even a single bit.
I would highly recommend this product. What Amazon is to Kindle2; M-Edge Go is to Kindle2 covers.

I bought this cover after reading reviews on all the Kindle covers and wasn’t disappointed. I can only agree with the other reviewers it is a sturdy cover and the right edge straps hold the Kindle more securely, avoiding stress to the central hinge. The leather is supple and easily folds back, when reading, the cover is also designed to incorporate the reading light. I didn’t purchase mine from Amazon as the cost was too prohibitive with import taxes and shipping i.e around US $53, UK £33. I managed to find one available in the UK for £23.94 inclusive of shipping, so it is advisable to search online for a UK supplier.

I am really excited about this cover. I chose this one over the Amazon cover due to recent reports of the Kindle breaking at the openings for the hinges. The M-Edge GO! Jacket has these hinges as well (which work really nicely) but in addition, there are two straps at the opposing corners which hold the Kindle in place. It does not flap around or anything. The Kindle just sits tightly in this cover. The front cover folds all the way to the back without damaging the leather. Nice product!

I have an M-Edge Prodigy Cover but the flap that closes the cover always bugged me when reading on the Kindle. I almost bought the Amazon cover but didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have straps to hold down the right side of the Kindle. And now with the M-Medge Go, voila! It’s just what I wanted. It’s thin (no added bulk), and has the clip mounting system on the left and straps on the right to keep your Kindle securely in place. The cover folds all the way back, and the Brite Light clips onto the cover perfectly. One very minor complaint – wish they had more color choices. But overall, the cover is great and I highly recommend it.

Works as advertised. I like this cover over the Amazon one because it has straps to hold the entire kindle secure. People have said that the Amazon cover allows the kindle to move around (but stay held in).
