When I went looking for tablet computers in the under $200 price range, one of the most popular, and coincidentally highest rated tablets mentioned was the Coby Kyros 4 GB 8-Inch Tablet with Touchscreen and Android 2.2, MID8024-4G (Black).

I did turn up some minor complaints… a few people indicated that it seemed “slow” to them, and that the keyboard needed to be calibrated for your fingers to hit the right “keys” on the touchscreen, and there was mention of the app store not having a very large selection.
However, given the newness of the device, the price point, and the features, the Coby Kryos MID8024 Tablet with Touchsreen should definitely receive serious consideration when shopping for an inexpensive, functional tablet computer.
